Q: What is group coaching?
A: Group coaching is similar to 1:1 coaching, but done in a group setting. It is a private session held on Zoom that is only made available to the members of the coaching group.
Q: What if I cannot attend the live coaching calls?
A: Not a problem! All replays will be uploaded into your member portal. You can still share any struggles you may be facing within the private Facebook group and it will be addressed in the weekly live call. We do highly recommend that you set this time aside as a priority and we encourage you to show up fully, however, we also understand that unavoidable things are bound to come up once in a while.
Q: What is "driver's seat" coaching?
A: Your opportunity to be put in the drivers seat of your own journey. During each of the weekly group coaching calls, 2-3 people will request to receive 1:1 coaching. Everyone will be muted other than the coach and the person in the "driver's seat." Even when you are not the one in the driver's seat, you will gain clarity that will help you on your own journey.
Q: I'm pretty busy, how much time will this take?
A: Great question! We recognize how busy people's lives are, and have designed this program with that in mind. There is the 1 hour weekly call, which you will participate in or watch the replay, and then 30-45 minutes worth of content and action items provided in your student portal for you to work on between the calls. Like anything in life, you will get out what you put into this program. Plus, if you don't have 2 hours a week to develop and transform yourself....are you living a life you love?
Q: What happens at the end of my 12 months?
A: At the end of your 12 months of amazing growth, you will have the opportunity to continue your journey with us as you continue to grow, evolve, and make an impact! There will also be opportunities to join the CALYL Team as our team and impact grows.
Q: 12 months is a long time, do you have a shorter option?
A: The program is intentionally structured and designed to cover the span of 12 months. However, we also understand that not everyone's journey is the same. Book a call and we can discuss your unique needs.

Q: If I book a call am I guaranteed a spot on your coaching roster?
A: No. We have limited spots available and fill them with individuals who are truly ready and committed to do the work. The Create a Life You Love Coaching Team is made up of guides, who have access to our proven framework and are here to provide information, tools, and accountability. Our goal is to support a shift in your thinking so that YOU can create lasting transformation in your life.
Q: What if I'm not ready for coaching yet? Can you still help me?
A: Absolutely! We have many free or low cost products and services to help you get started on your journey until you are ready. Q: What if I have a friend or family member that I know would benefit from working with you?
A: Direct them to the resources you found that made you think of them. Share with them why you feel this might be a good next step. Encourage them to book a call with us. Then be patient and supportive. We can often see other's needs with clearer perspective than we can see our own. They might not be ready, and the only person we have control over is ourselves. Coaching will only work for someone ready and willing to be coached. You may also want to look into becoming a referral partner, contact us for more information.
Q: Is coaching therapy or counseling?
Coaches are typically PRESENT AND FUTURE FOCUSED. We help our clients explore their past only as a means of identifying ingrained subconscious beliefs that are holding them back. Our primary goal is to help you look at where you are, where you want to be, and how to get you from point A to point B.
Therapists and counselors are typically PAST AND PRESENT FOCUSED. While a therapist may work with clients to set goals and make changes, primarily clients come to them seeking assistance with healing trauma, overcoming abuse, treating addiction or treating mental illness.
Q: Can I be coached while also in therapy or counseling?
A: Potentially. Please book a call so we can discuss the best fit to help you. We only accept clients we are confident that we can help and regularly refer people to therapy if that is what is needed to help them right now. We have had clients who have accessed both coaching and therapy simultaneously, and we have had clients that needed to seek therapy before entering into a coaching partnership. Our goal is to help you regardless of if you become a client or not and we strive to operate with the utmost integrity. Our clients are not simply a means of income, they are valued people in our community.
